Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Darius was amazing. Took time to answer our questions and did not make us feel like we were bothering him. Quite a memorable visit and Darius made it unforgettable with the new knowledge that he delivered to us about snakes, alligators and crocodiles. Tashon Shockey Raleigh NC

The tour was amazing, from the bus driver Mr Blanc, he was super nice and funny, to the tour itself. The boat ride was good and the captain made sure we all saw the alligators, the show was also good. The. You can hold a gator or a snake and take a picture. We loved it.

We did the tour with Germán, all luxury. He was attentive, and I speak both Spanish and English. Highly recommend if you're in Miami and want to check out the Everglades.

My family really had a great time on this airboat tour. The tour company handed out earplugs and off we went. Since it was cooler out, we were super excited to spot a couple of alligators. Our guide got us close enough to see them without bothering the animals. We also enjoyed the animal exhibits. The animals seemed very well cared for.

It was our first trip to the Everglades, so it was really cool to be out on the boat. As our guide said, it’s nature, so you may or may not see any crocs or gators. We didn’t see any, but we did spot some lizards and birds. Plus, just the ride was fun to experience. It was short though.

We checked out the Everglades not long after Hurricane Irma, so the water levels were super high and many roads and trails were closed. Luckily, the airboats were still running, so we hopped on not really knowing what to expect. It turned out to be an awesome trip with a very knowledgeable guide who took us over this vast sea of grass, pointing out things we’d never find on our own, including a few alligators. It was an exciting and enjoyable experience. There’s a bit of a rundown zoo on site, but don’t let that put you off.

This place is such a blast! We brought a group of 50 kids to Wild Florida for the airboat ride and animal park! The kids had an absolute ball! Our school, Treasure Kids Academy, goes on 2-3 field trips every week and all the kids said this was their favorite hands down this summer! Thanks, Wild Florida and Samantha in bookings for making this an awesome day for our summer camp!

  • Free parking is available on-site, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot or paying extra before your tour begins.
  • Ear protection is provided to ensure a comfortable ride, especially for younger visitors, as airboats can get loud.
  • Restroom facilities are available at Sawgrass Recreation Park.

  • Don’t forget your night tour voucher and a valid ID. You’ll need both if you plan to visit the daytime exhibits at Sawgrass Recreation Park.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, since you’ll be boarding an airboat and sitting outdoors for about an hour.
  • A light jacket is a good idea, especially if you're sensitive to cooler night air or if there’s a breeze out on the water.
  • Bug spray isn’t a must, but it’s definitely recommended. This is the Everglades, after all, and the mosquitoes know it.
  • If you plan to take photos, bring a camera or phone, but be mindful that flash photography can disturb the wildlife.

  • You’ll need to book your spot in advance. Night tours don’t allow walk-ins, and availability is limited, so it’s best to reserve early.
  • Each tour requires at least 10 guests to run, so if there aren’t enough people signed up, it may be rescheduled or canceled.
  • The tour isn’t wheelchair accessible, so keep that in mind when planning your visit if you or someone in your group has mobility needs.
  • Children age 6 and under must wear a life jacket during the ride, which will be provided for you at the park.

  • Plan to arrive at least 45 mins before your ride so you have time to check in, get your ear protection, and settle in before your airboat heads out.
  • If you want to visit the daytime exhibits, try to go earlier in the day so you’re not rushing to finish before your night tour.
  • Once you’re on the boat, there are no bathroom breaks, so be sure to use the restroom before the tour begins.
  • Leave the flash off your camera or phone. Flash photography can disturb the animals, especially the alligators you’ll be spotting in the dark.
  • There are no food or drink vendors available during the night tours, so it’s a good idea to eat beforehand and bring water if needed.
